Mavrick Studio

Becky Mavrick, owner of Mavrick Studio, welcomes you to her private salon studio. 

 Becky, a Chicago native,  signed with Ford Models in 1995, and spent the next 9 years working as a professional model in Chicago and Miami. She has numerous editorial, catalogue, commercial and TV credits to her name, including Target, Kohl's, Sears, Sprite, Brite Smile, Anna Sui, Saks, Nordstrom and HBO.

 In 2004 Becky moved to the other side of the camera. She graduated from cosmetology school, moved to Denver and entered the salon world.  After  two years of training at El Salon, she moved on and was hand picked to be one of three opening staff members of Matthew Morris Salon.  

Becky has numerous editorial styling credits to her name, including local publications 303, Denver Magazine, Denver Woman and 5280, to name a few.

Becky has attended Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City for 2 seasons representing Aveda. She has worked backstage styling hair for such designers as 3.1 Phillip Lim, Marc Bouwer, Tibi, Temperley London and Rag & Bone. Becky worked backstage at Aveda's Master Jam in Milan, Italy 2007. She has recieved an ongoing education, frequently attending  advanced training classes in color, cuts, trends and extension advances. She has most recently appeared on the tv show 'Around The Horn' on ESPN.
